Friday night, the GHS Gym wasn’t just loud—it had a pulse. 🐾🔥
Our community showed up in a big way as the National Honor Society hosted their 3x3 Basketball Tournament in support of the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.
Fast breaks, big shots, sideline buzz—mixed with haircuts and raffles happening all night, it was constant energy from start to finish.
And behind all of it was something real—people coming together, backing one another, and rallying around a cause bigger than the game.
We’re proud to share that together, we raised $683 for St. Baldrick’s.
Every cheer. Every dollar. Every moment mattered.
Thank you to each and every person who contributed, supported, donated, participated, or simply showed up-you made this impact possible. ❤️
The Gloversville Teachers Association Clothing & Book Give Back is ready for you-racks filled, tables stocked, and something for everyone from infant to adult sizes.
Come browse, take what you need, and leave with more than you expected. Clothing, shoes, and books—all generously donated and ready to go back into our community.

Rowan’s commitment to excellence in the classroom and his impact on the court have made him a true leader for the Dragons this season. His hard work, consistency, and competitive drive have set the tone, while his leadership has helped elevate those around him.
Beyond his accomplishments, Rowan continues to be a great ambassador for our school community—representing Gloversville with pride, respect, and integrity in everything he does. He embodies what it means to be a Dragon.
Well deserved, Rowan — a Dragon and a Husky. ❤️🤍🐉

Congratulations to Bailey Pierce of our Gloversville Lady Dragons Basketball team, who was selected as our team’s Scholar Athlete. Bailey exemplifies excellence both in the classroom and on the court, holding a 99 overall GPA and ranking #1 in her class, while also making a major impact as a ball handler, shot creator, defender, and scoring threat.
Bailey was also selected by the Section 2 Committee as the overall Foothills Conference Scholar Athlete, chosen among eight schools in the conference. She becomes the third Gloversville girls basketball player in the past six seasons to earn this honor.

Last Saturday, the scholars in Mr. Wilder’s class hit the hills to put their designs to the ultimate test! Starting with nothing but flat cardboard, these teams spent weeks debating designs and building high-performance sleds.
This project is real-world prep at its finest. It teaches our scholars that critical thinking, team collaboration, and precision are what win the race. In this competition, "good enough" wasn’t an option-only the most dedicated teams took home the glory.
They didn’t just build sleds; they built the skills to lead the future.

Due to the ice storm, all after-school events and activities scheduled for 5:00 PM and later tonight-including the Community Walk at the high school-are canceled.

Due to weather conditions, tonight’s Board of Education meeting has been postponed. The meeting has been rescheduled for tomorrow at 6:30 PM.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Please travel safely.
An impressive 414 scholars achieved perfect attendance for the entire week. That’s 414 scholars showing up, staying committed, and making their learning a priority every single day.
From that group, three scholars were randomly selected to receive a prize in recognition of their dedication-but the real win is the commitment shown by all 414.
Let’s keep pushing forward and aim even higher next week. Every day matters. Every class counts. Let’s be there
