Changes Ahead for Elementary Drop Off and Pick up Times.

Kingsborough Shout Out! Words can not express what our IT Department is capable of doing! If you looked up WIZARDS in the dictionary, you would see pictures of Bill, Todd and Jordan! These extraordinary people constantly update, install, fix or explain something with amazing knowledge, speed and professionalism! Our staff, scholars and families would be lost without them! We also want to recognize Cooper and John, Gloversville graduates who assisted IT for four summers and Rowan, Kaden and Archer, current GHS students, who are assisting IT this summer! It doesn’t get said often enough………thank you, thank you, thank you for everything you all do!

Kingsborough Shout Out! Officer Pescetti and Officer Brown from GPD are Gloversville’s SROs. Officer Pescetti just finished up his time with us and Officer Brown started in May. Our scholars love these officers! They have gone above and beyond to make our scholars feel safe and foster a sense of trust and respect! Their presence in the building brings excitement and joy! Thank you for your positive relationships with our staff and scholars! We love having you as part of the Kingsborough family!

Social Skills Training for Teens with Autism - Fall 2023

Kingsborough shout out! Where would Kingsborough be without the tireless efforts of our custodian Mike and his crew - Hope, Danny and Makala? These dedicated people do everything from snow removal, daily cleaning, mowing and fixing everything under the sun, just to begin the list! They come in early when we have storms, work on snow days and weekends, and take care of all of us for any request or need, large or small (we are talking ANY request). Right now, they are emptying all of the classrooms, moving furniture and beyond, stripping and waxing all of the floors and getting the building ready for our scholars and staff in September. This is especially challenging this year with all of the amazing changes happening now at Kingsborough! On top of their normal day-to-day duties, they make time to make our scholars feel welcome and safe. THANK YOU all for being so astonishing! Kingsborough is beyond lucky to have you in our family!

Kingsborough shout out! Our transportation department works so hard to ensure the safety and transportation of our scholars! From routing all of our scholars' busing needs, daily changes and field trip requests to covering runs in a time of driver shortages, this hardworking group does everything in their power to assist our scholars and families. We never get to see them, but they are dedicated to providing the best to our scholars. THANK YOU for everything you do! Kingsborough is thankful for you!
