Students, staff show proper cafeteria behavior in new video

Students and staff at the Meco Elementary School recently made a new video showing the right and wrong ways to behave in the school cafeteria. The video is part of the district's ongoing Postive Behavior Intervention Support (PBIS) program. See video

Go Home Early Drill set for Tuesday, Nov. 25

All GESD schools will be dismissed 15 minutes early Tuesday, Nov. 25 as part of the annually required Go Home Early Drill. This drill is required each year by the state Department of Education. Schools will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 26 through Friday, Nov. 28 for Thanksgiving Break. Schools will reopen Monday, Dec. 1.
