Calculator Forms
If you are taking Math B, Pre-calculus, or Calculus and do not own your own graphing calculator you can have the school issue you one for use during the school year.
The appropriate form must be filled out and signed by both the student and a parent or guardian.
To print a form, select the course you are currently taking.
