Persons who are employed prior to their eighteenth birthday usually need to obtain working papers. Application forms are provided upon request from the secretary in the Dean's office at the high school.

One application needs to be completed and signed by a parent and the other one needs to be filled out and signed by a physician. When the forms are completed and signed, they can be brought back to the secretary in the Dean's office with a social security card and a birth certificate. A card for employment will then be issued.
