Student's
Work Honored at Art Show
Junior William McAllister, right, took home two top
prizes from the Fulton Montgomery Community College Juried
Art Show recently, when he won the sculpture award and the
people's choice award.
Art teacher Clem Clancy said that
the show typically picks roughly 50 pieces for the show,
out of hundreds of submissions. Gloversville High School
students had a total of six pieces in the show.
McAllister
is in Clancy's high school sculpture class. McAllister is
shown in this photograph holding the sculpture that won
him the top honors.
