In class this week, we are discussing the President's advisors.  Students had to look at a list of possible Presidential advisors on the computer (www.juniorscholastic.com)  and decide whether or not these people were qualified to advise the President.  Also, students practiced balancing the national budget.

We are still working on our country stories.  Final copies are to be typed.  Students also need to design a costume for a paper doll that will symbolize something about the country studied.  A power point presentation featuring pictures of the country is optional.
