Climate change benefits district's Capital Project
By choosing to delay the bidding process for the
Renovations and Alterations to the Middle and High

60 contractors turn out to submit bids for
Capital Project
Sixty
area contractors submitted bids on Friday, Nov.20, for
the final phase of the Capital Project approved by
voters in 2007. This phase of the project includes
renovations to the Middle School, the High School
Auditorium and Gymnasium, as well as new roofs on
sections of the High School. These updates and repairs
will address program needs and requirements, improve
energy efficiency in the buildings, and help insure
student and staff safety. CSArch, the district's
construction management team, will be reviewing the
documents and making their recommendations to the Board
of Education on Dec. 7.
