The GHS Scitamard Drama Club is proud to announce that Olivia Hanifan has earned a "Top 5" ranking in Proctor's 2021 High School Musical Theatre Awards, streaming May 15 at 7:00pm.
Students from Capital District schools submitted video auditions for the awards, followed by in-person callbacks from some, at the theatre. The Top 5 actors and actresses will be showcased in the May 15th show, with the announcement of the winner.
Olivia also earned this honor in 2019 for her role as Audrey in GHS's "Little Shop of Horrors." Currently, she is playing Ursula in the district's production of "The Little Mermaid, Jr." She is well-known for her participation in community theater and vocal performances.
