Dear Families and Community Partners,

Greetings and happy fall season to everyone!

The Capital District Family and Community Engagement (FACE) Centers recognize that parents, teachers, and students are each navigating new norms and expectations. Some families are thriving but many are experiencing particularly unique and challenging circumstances related to their child's services and/or special education needs.

To help guide our resource planning and continued commitment to provide meaningful support and resources to you, our valued families and community partners, we are conducting a brief survey to gauge your current needs and interests around special education related training topics as well as your preference for days and times of delivery.

Completing the survey should take only 5-6 minutes. This survey is intended for families who have children with disabilities, birth-age 21 AND community partners who provide support to and serve children with disabilities and their families. Please feel free to share this email/survey with others and on your social media outlets.

Here is the link to the survey:  https://conta.cc/34UUPZD

Contact Sheri Gaylord at 518-640-3333 or sgaylord@wildwoodprograms.org with survey related questions or concerns.

Sincerely,
Ellen, Katie, Mary, and Sheri
