If you are looking to make a schedule change, please complete this form in order for your request to be considered by the Scheduling Committee. Please understand that not all requests will be granted in order to keep you on track for graduation and post graduation plans! If your request moves forward, we will need teacher and parent input to proceed. Your counselor will contact you with more information if necessary. The add/drop window closes on October 1st.
