The Buildings and Grounds Department is located in the new Gloversville Enlarged School District Transportation Facility off of Route 29A. The department maintains seven school buildings and the buildings' surrounding grounds, including athletic fields. It also houses the District's computer system. Building usage/field usage request forms are located in this office.

There are 44 employees in the division consisting of a director, secretary, building maintenance supervisor, trades supervisor, grounds supervisor, electrician, carpenter, painter, grounds men, skilled mechanics, custodians and cleaners.
