Clothing closets
Clothing Closets available at Kingsborough and McNab Elementary
In September of 2010, GESD added clothing closets to the list of outreach programs offered to the community.
The closets offer specific items that children need most: socks, underwear, sneakers, sweatshirts, and outerwear.
The closets can be accessed on an individual needs basis by filling out a request form (available for download by clicking here), also available in your child's main office, or by contacting Janice Blodgett at 725-9216. The forms can be placed in a box labeled "Clothing Closet" in the Kingsborough or McNab office or can be mailed to Janice Blodgett, Family and Community Educator, 56 East Boulevard, Gloversville, NY 12078.

Donations
The only items accepted for donation are: socks, underwear, sweaters, hoodies, sweats, bathing suits, sneakers, boots, and outer wear (jackets, snowpants, coats). No adult clothing accepted. If you wish to make a monetary donation, please make checks out to GESD Clothing Closet.
