Since school facilities are the property of the district and are supported by the residents of the school community, the Board of Education makes available the use of the facilities to community-based organizations in a manner that is consistent with the educational goals of the district.
All requests for the use of district facilities must be submitted in writing and signed by an authorized agent or officer of the community-based group or organization, and delivered to the business office at least 30 business days before the requested use.
