WRGB (Channel 6)
WTEN (Channel 10)
WNYT (Channel 13)
Fox News
(Channel 23)
Capital News 9
(Channel 9)
The district also notifies the following radio stations:
WENT (1340AM)
If you believe there may be an emergency at the school and you need more information, please first check our Web site or listen to the radio or TV for details. Numerous phone calls to the school may hinder the staff's ability to deal with the situation.

Morning closings may be announced as early as
5:30 a.m., but usually by 6:30 a.m.
Delayed openings mean all schedules will be delayed either one or two
hours. Bus pickups will be approximately one or two hours later than
the scheduled time. However, please continue to monitor all opening
delays, as they could turn into school closings depending on the
weather.
When the weather becomes inclement during the day and driving
conditions become poor, please stay tuned to news about early
dismissals through the methods discussed on this
page. Please arrange for any changes in drop-off locations for
students in the event of an emergency school closing in advance, if
necessary. If you have not done so already, please contact your
child's individual school for more information on how to make these
arrangements.
