Absentee ballots
Absentee ballots are available to anyone who will be
out of the area for work, school or vacation;
hospitalized; permanently disabled, or confined to home
due to illness. For applications contact Cathy Meher at
775-5795.
Absentee ballots will be counted only if they are
returned at least seven days before the vote if absentee
ballot is mailed or at least one day before the election
if ballot is picked up.

Voter eligibility
You may vote if you are 18 years old, a U.S. Citizen,
a resident of the Gloversville Enlarged School District
for at least 30 days prior to a vote, and a registered
voter.
Residents may register to vote at the County Board of
Elections.
Polling places
Polls are located at all elementary schools, Bleecker
Town Hall, Forest Hills Towers, Kingsboro Towers and
Sacred Heart Church.
