March Meeting Highlights

The Assistant Superintendent/Parent Forum held its monthly meeting on Wednesday, Mar. 3.

Assistant Superintendent Frank Pickus met with parent representatives from each school's Parent/Teacher Organization for its monthly meeting. Special guest, Wally Hart, President of the Fulton County Chamber of Commerce, and his assistant Michelle Marotta, were present to discuss tips for obtaining donations from area businesses. Mr. Hart offered some strategies for getting businesses to donate to school functions during these tough economic times. This information will be brought back and shared with each building's PTO.

The next meeting date is set for April 14.
